Goodbye Dr. Pepper
As part of my get less chunky resolution, I've decided to drink more water & less Dr. Pepper (or Dr. Wham, Pepsi's alternative that I buy when it's less expensive (frugal!) than Dr. P). I'm not going to go cold turkey because I know that I'll just burn out quicker & give up the water altogether. But I'm thinking some nice alternative...maybe start out with one a day and get to the point that I only have 1 or 2 a week. I once read that if you drink half of your poundage in ounces of water daily, you'll lose weight so, that's my water drinking goal. 80 ounces a day (I rounded up from 77). I should mention, I don't particularly like to drink water so this is going to be hard. And we're not even going to talk about my little bladder.
