4/365I had another fitness shot in mind for today. We have a go-kart track but the kids haven't used it in a few years. 12 laps = 1 mile. I plan to use it for a walking track when the weather gets warmer. Yep, I admit, I'm a wimp when it comes to cold weather. I snapped a photo but it wasn't quite what I pictured in my mind. Went out to try again & noticed the sun was light to get the shot I'd envisioned. But there was a nice sunset so I stopped to enjoy it. And there's my resolution for today....take the time to stop & enjoy sunsets.

The water thing...I think I got 24 oz. down yesterday. I see why you'll lose weight if you drink half your pounds in ounces. You are so full & so sick that you don't feel like eating. 16 oz. down today & the thoughts of more make me want to hurl. I think I'll get some of that Crystal Light stuff to mix with. Maybe that'll help. On the positive side though...1 Dr. Pepper this morning! That's it!
